LOCATING AND ORDERING MERCHANDISE

  1. Find an item by using the category menu, or search box
  2. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us from the item page
  3. Add the item to your shopping cart if you wish to purchase it, or add it to your "Wish List" if you are not ready to purchase it yet
  4. If you have a coupon code, enter it before checking out. Click "Submit" and the adjusted total price will be displayed
  5. When you are ready to complete your order, go to "Check Out," and log in if you are a returning customer. If you are a new customer, you must register an account name and password
  6. After you have logged in, provide your billing and shipping information
  7. Enter your credit card or PayPal account information
  8. Submit the order
  9. After submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel or change an order, you must contact us immediately by email to customerservice@jmarket.com. Once your order is shipped, it is NOT possible to cancel or change your order. Please check your shopping cart very carefully before completing the all purchasing process.
