Returns

Your Satisfaction is Paramount:

All returns must be made to the seller/vendor in accordance with this Return Policy. Jmarket will assist in the communication and return process. You have up to 30 days to initiate a return to receive a refund.

Return Procedure and Conditions

To initiate a return, you must use our Return Authorization Form available at info@jmarket.com, indicating your name, order number and reason for return.

Within 48 hours after submitting the Return Authorization Form, you will receive a Return Authorization Number by e-mail. You must write the Return Authorization Number on the outside label of your return to assure your package will be shipped to the correct location and processed properly.

All returns must be complete, in resalable condition (clean without signs of use) and placed in their original packaging to receive a refund. For your protection, we recommend you use a carrier that will insure your package and supplies tracking information. Please save the carrier receipt until you receive your refund.

You will receive a refund to your PauPal account/credit card after your returned item is received. Initial shipping costs to the customer are not refundable unless returning an item that was received damaged, defective, or in error.

If you are returning an item that was received damaged, defective or in error, we reserve the right to replace the item as remedy.

Restrictions

Certain items such as custom or made to order items, download data, cosmetics, CD-ROMs, and DVD's are not returnable unless defective.
