Shipping

SHIPPING, SHIPPING CHARGES, AND DELIVERY TIMES


Your order will be shipped directly from the seller/vendor in Japan via Express Mail Service ("EMS"). You will receive your package tracking number shortly after your order is shipped. To check the status of your delivery, go to the EMS web site. Certain items (such as sewing patters) are delivered by email to the email address you used to register your account.

If you order multiple items from different sellers/vendors, each item will be shipped by its applicable seller/vendor and the aggregate shipping charges will be displayed in your shipping total. Shipping charges are determined by EMS and are based on the size and weight of the item(s), and the shipping address. You must be logged in to the Jmarket website when checking out in order to see your exact shipping charges.

After your order is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. You can check your order status anytime. If you want to know when your order will be shipped, please contact us by email to customerservice@jmarket.com.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


Most items can be shipped to almost all destinations. However, some items (such as knives, and cosmetics) are regulated by the destination country's import regulations. You are responsible for assuring that the merchandise you order can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

 

CUSTOMS / DUTY


Customs regulation vary by country. You may be charged customs tax or "duty" in your country. Since the amount you may be required to pay varies on the specific customs law for each country, we have no way of determining what the amount may be. If you have any questions regarding duty or customs charges, please contact your local customs official or post office. You are solely responsible for all taxes and duty related to the items you purchase.
